Sharing My Experience of How to Enjoy Playing WoW
What I want to do is help others enjoy Playing WoW or World of Warcraft, a game made by Blizzard which is incredibly popular. Starting Off
The main thing you are going to come across right off the bat is choosing your character. What race will they be, what class, what gender, what name. This is probably the most confusing and intimidating portions of the game. This I really cannot help you with, this is purely your own choice and decision. The only advice that I can give on this is that you need to go with a race and class that you can live with. It can be changed, but at cost to you. My suggestion would be to choose a class based on your particular game play. If you like to get up close and personal, then probably a Warrior or Paladin would be a good choice, even a Rogue wouldn't be a bad idea. Now another thing to keep in mind is that different classes provide different roles in game. They can even be broken down further, so research what classes do what, and then decide what you would like to do. Meeting People
Once that is all said and done, you get to actually playing the game! How exciting! It really is, but it can also be very intimidating. There is this whole world out there for you to explore, people to meet (NPCs and actual people). Making Money
Ok, now that you have gotten past the beginners stage, you get into the actual meat and potatoes of the game. One thing you need to keep in mind is that you are playing with actual people, and there most likely will be very annoying people , people who will bug you, others, and just in general be a right pain. Ignore these people, they provide nothing to the game, and if you were ever to be in a group with them, it will ruin your experience. In the capital cites of your faction you can visit the Auction House, selling the items to get some warcraft gold, where you can buy and sell items that may be hard to get, or maybe you have extra, and you want to make some money off of them, rather then sell them to a vendor. So keep that in mind, so if you get a profession, which there are many of, you can sell the fruits of your labors in the Auction House.
